As a native Oregonian, I enjoy fishing, hiking and camping along with all the great cultural activities associated with a college town. Upon graduating the University of Oregon I immediately obtained my Real Estate license, then Broker's license and appraiser's license. After a wonderful eighteen year career with Jean Tate Real Estate, I became more and more fascinated with the lending process. Because of my strong desire to stay in the industry, I became a Loan Officer/Mortgage Broker. These past twelve years have been very rewarding to me. I enjoy counseling with prospective home buyers and investors to determine the best possible way for them to fulfill there dream of home ownership or developing a large investment portfolio. My profession continues to be my passion. I enjoy the satisfaction of financing properties for the first time home buyer to the professionals in the industry, many of whom are appraisers, escrow officers and real estate agents. My original clients are now referring their sons and daughters. I am happy to say that many of my clients are now very close friends!	I have lived in Lebanon most of my life. I love its small town charm and I am a very active volunteer in my community. Wayne and I will celebrate our 20th anniversary in May and we have two grown sons. I have worked in finance/lending for 8 years and it has been by far, the most satisfying career choice for me. I enjoy helping clients ranging from first time buyers to investors. 	I have been a mortgage loan processor for 10 years.  I have lived in Eugene for 15 years.  I was born in California and moved to Oregon when I was nine. My husband's name is Todd and we have two wonderful 22 month old identical twin daughters, Ashlyn and Amber.
